Sunday Words To Inspire

Happy Sunday!  It is supposed to be in the 60’s here today!  Hallelujah!  🙂

Here are a couple pictures from our Saturday.  We visited the Eastern Shore and got to see the sun rise and set on the Chesapeake Bay.  The sunset was so pretty.  It was hard to capture while riding long in the car but definitely able to be appreciated.

Here are a few stories for your Sunday inspiration…

This man.  I was amazed by his determination and story of walking 21 miles to work in the Detroit area due to a bus system cutbacks and a car that gave up on him in 2005.  His matter-of-factness and loyalty {perfect attendance for 12 years!} are simply inspiring in our current whiny culture that sometimes can be ungrateful.  You won’t be sorry you read his story here.

This father.  A true father in every sense of the word made a decision that would change his life and also gain publicity to expose how children are treated in other parts of the world.  Read about how he chose his son before anyone else here.

When words are both true and kind, they can change the world.Buddha Please comment below.
